It’s a snow day and as much as I prefer it to the rain it doesn’t feel right without being on the mountain snowboarding or building snow forts or snowmen. So to soothe the longing I will instead enjoy some sugar cookie tea and bundle up continue my journey watching 13 reasons why.

I’ve made it through both the first and second seasons and so much of it reminds me in bits and pieces of highschool. The first two seasons were really hard to watch. It’s getting easier to watch now in the third season.

It really is hard going through highschool as a teen when you don’t get the support and protection you need. I really feel for those who are dealing with this on their own, if you have kids who are in highschool it’s very important to look for the signs.
