Stretching pt 2

Hello friends,

Did you know that stretching your legs can benefit your posture, breathing, energy level and health? In addition to other stretching we have been doing we have started to regularly stretch Mistress legs.

We have been stretching and applying lotion after showers and the results are almost immediate and all with beneficial results. I didn’t know when we started just how big of an effect it would have on Mistress but I really am happy to say that it really helps.

I hope that you find a way to enjoy the same benefits of stretching. The best way to do this is to lay on your stomach and have your partner help by putting your leg over their shoulder so they can press forward to stretch your thigh muscles. Normally I do her left leg then her right leg.

The person being stretched should be aware it will likely burn a little to do this and you should be ready with safe words just in case.
